She also saw the challenges families face when trying to find someone they truly trust.
After years of hands-on experience working closely with children and families as a nanny, founder Jocelyn saw firsthand how deeply the right caregiver can impact the emotional wellbeing and daily rhythm of a household.
And she saw how often caregivers struggled to feel fully heard, valued, or supported within the placement process.
